Enroll by June 1, 2025 for a waived registration fee! Typically, this fee is in place so that we may obtain and review your outside records before your first appointment with Dr. Sarah Florence. This process enhances our ability to provide our patients with comprehensive and personalized care from the start. We will still prepare for your first visit. We’re just waiving the fee!
